Morning Magic Stack

I wake up at 5 AM most mornings — not because waking early is virtuous. Because the hour before dawn is different. I call it the Morning Magic Stack. Eight elements, roughly 75 minutes. I also call it my Amrit Vela Container (more on Containers soon).

Amrit Vela

In Kundalini tradition, Amrit Vela is the ambrosial hours — amrit being the nectar of immortality, vela the hour — the two and a half hours before sunrise when the mind is still spacious, before the day's noise fills it in.

The Stack

'How come?' Question

As soon as I wake up, while still in bed, I ask myself a question: "How come there is so much abundance of money in my life?" It's an affirmation in the form of a question. The question bypasses defenses that a flat affirmation would trigger.

Hydration

Once I get up, I prepare 1L of my custom electrolyte mix (recipe coming soon).

Microdose

I sit down at my altar, light a candle and incense, and take 50-100mg of Golden Teacher. Not for experience — for edge. It sharpens my perceptions and stays with me all day.

EFT

I recently discovered inner resistance to receiving more money. The mind knows what it wants; the emotional body has other opinions. Some from this life, some from further back. I added tapping or EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to my day as an experiment to gently dissolve and resolve these pieces. I currently use this sequence by Brad Yates.

Chief Aim Readout

Then I read a written statement of my current primary life aim (Definite Chief Aim as inspired by Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill). Reading it out loud every morning does something that silently holding the intention doesn't. The voice makes it real. The body hears it.

Subagh Kriya

A Kundalini yoga kriya for prosperity — five movements, each for three minutes, specific mudras and mantras. It's vigorous and a little strange, if you've never done it.

Sit

Stillness. Fifteen minutes of not moving. Not guided, not breath-focused — just the simple discipline of staying still. While I've practiced different meditations over the years, this particular practice comes from The Master Key System by Charles Haanel, where Lesson 1's single exercise is exactly this: train the will by not letting the body fidget.

Fascia Flow

Fifteen minutes of a popular exercise sequence. The first two weeks released tightness my body held for 15+ years. Right now, I'm doing this routine by Jules Horn of Human Garage.

This is a living document. The stack evolves as the practice deepens.
